SpiceJet is a low-cost airline headquartered in Gurugram, India. It is the third largest airline in the country by number of domestic passengers carried, with a market share of 14.2% as of July 2017. The airline operates 312 daily flights to 55 destinations, including 45 Indian and 10 international destinations from its hubs at Delhi, Kolkata and Hyderabad.

It operates hubs at Delhi and Hyderabad, which is the primary base for its fleet of Bombardier Q400 aircraft. After completing five years of flying, SpiceJet was allowed to commence international flights by Directorate General of Civil.

1. Passenger first writes to Customer Relations on custrelations@spicejet.com and SpiceJet’s Customer Relations assigns a unique Customer Relation Number to the Customer when he registers his/her Grievance at SpiceJet Customer Care.

2. If you are not satisfied with the response of SpiceJet’s Customer Relations, then you may contact the Nodal Officer quoting your unique Customer Relation Number at nodalofficer@spicejet.com

3. If you are still not satisfied and wish to appeal, you may appeal with our Appellate Authority at appellateauthority@spicejet.com quoting your unique Customer Relation Number.
