Zoom Air Refund Rules
ZOOOM allows cancellation of bookings subject to the following:
A) Cancellations of Booking must be made at least two (2) hours prior to scheduled departure

A) For Bookings made at Airport Counters/ City Ticketing Offices
1) Bookings can be cancelled with Call centre or Airport offices or city ticketing offices & Website only.
2) Passenger will receive a SMS instantly intimating him about the refund amount through a Credit Shell (CS) with password which can be redeemed or used for future travel, with a validity of one year, from the date of said cancellation.
3) CS will be redeemed and paid only on request from concerned.
In case a booking was made by cash, CS generated on cancellation can be redeemed only in cash at airport counter/city ticketing offices.
4) In case a booking was made by Credit/Debit Card, CS generated on cancellation will be redeemed and paid only to the respective Credit/Debit card(s) used at the time of booking, such redemption may take within 10 working Days.
B) For Bookings made through ZOOOM website
1) Bookings can be cancelled through call centre/ Airport offices / ZOOOM website.
2) Passenger will be informed about cancellation by SMS and/or email, instantly.
3) Refunds shall be processed to their respective credit card / debit card / net banking, within 24- 48 hours of said cancellation and may take 10 working days’ time to get credited.
C) For Bookings made through Travel Agents
1)Bookings can be cancelled through respective travel agent / Call centre / Airports.
2) Passenger will be informed about cancellation by SMS and/or email, instantly, thereafter the passengers can contact their travel agent for refund.
D) Refunds against flight cancellation/ delays etc. as provided under clause
E) Persons to Whom Refund Will Be Made
ZOOOM shall make refund either to the person named in the Booking, or to the person who has paid for the Booking, upon presentation of satisfactory proof e.g. CS number with a password as sent by ZOOOM by SMS / E-mail shall only be considered for refund.
F) Right to Refuse Refund
ZOOOM has a right to refuse refund in case validity of CS has lapsed.
